WAPA will provide the NERC certified instructor. ▪ Participants who are already NERC certified can receive Continuing Education Hours (CEH) credit by attending. ▪ The NERC CEH training is for all meeting participants as everyone benefits from the knowledge. 6
B O N N E V I L L E P O W E R A D M I N I S T R A T I O N Afternoon Discussion Panels I) Reliability Coordinator (RC) Discussion Panel - The CAISO, SPP, BC Hydro and Peak RC have been invited to send a presenter to the conference to give updates on the RC transition. Each representative will make a short (7 to 10 minute) presentation and then all four presenters will participate in an open panel discussion format where audience members will ask questions. Still in the process of confirming speakers . II) Energy Imbalance Market (EIM). - Arizona Public Service, NV Energy, and Idaho Power have been invited to send a presenter to the conference. Each presenter will make a short (7 to 10 minute) presentation describing their company’s experience with the EIM market. Once the presentations are complete, all three representatives will participate in an open panel discussion format where audience members will ask questions. Still in the process of confirming speakers . 7

The presentation will show how Real-Time and Day Ahead Trading has evolved over time to where we are today. WIT Issues and Discussion: This presentation will discuss where WIT is today and what the future holds. 8
