HOMEOWNERSHIP COLLABORATIVE The Homeownership Collaborative celebrated its 20 th anniversary!  Supports & promotes homebuyer education by providing technical assistance and training to non-profit, homebuyer counseling agencies  Offers a Seal of Approval for counseling agencies that meet best practices & minimum standards  48 agencies hold a Seal of Approval and serve 18,000 homeowners annually 21

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS GROUP Engaging young professionals and providing opportunities for professional development  Monthly Brown Bag Lunches • Next Brownbag: September 27 th 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at CHAPA Millennials in Boston Report Luc Schuster, Director of Boston Indicators  Along with the Mel King Institute and MACDC , the group manages a Mentorship Program 22

  25. 40B MONITORING  CHAPA continues to provide monitoring services for 170 Chapter 40B developments with 3,000 affordable units across the state  In 2017, CHAPA has helped with 65 re-sales so far 25
