Precast Wall will be need coordination w/FPL, to be constructed in Ph I & Ph III Coordination with Broward County Transit on Bus Stops- Arethia Douglas Access to Silver Shores Elementary and Park must be Maintained Landscape and Irrigation System to be constructed in Ph IV New Roadway Lighting and Two Signalized Intersections 7
Challenges and Key Milestones Drainage construction will be the Controlling Item of Work Drainage Structures in Close Proximity to WM’s & FM Coordination w/ SBDD – Outfall to Silver Shores Lakes Subsoil Excavation = 28,372 CY (Pay Item 120-4) Embankment = 34, 271 CY (Pay Item 120-6) Daily Survey Control will be Critical to Ensure Proper Quantity Tracking and Payments to Contractor 8
